Elkem ASA - Invitation to third quarter results presentation and capital markets update

Oslo, 19 October 2022

Elkem ASA will release its report for the third quarter 2022 on Wednesday, 26

October 2022 at 7.00 a.m. CET. The quarterly report and presentation material

will be made available at this time at www.elkem.com

In connection with the results presentation, Elkem will host a capital markets

update to present the updated business strategy and insights into the Silicones

and Silicon Products divisions. Elkem will also provide an update on the

company's initiatives on green ventures.

The event will take place in Felix Conference Center, Bryggetorget 3, at Aker

Brygge in Oslo.
