Reference is made to the announcement by Seaway 7 ASA (the "Company" or "Seaway7") on 11 October 2022 regarding commencement of a fully underwritten rights issue in the Company (the "Rights Issue").

Torgeir E. Ramstad, a primary insider in Seaway7, holds 397,372 shares in the Company corresponding to 0.09% of the Company’s share capital. He has been allocated 397,372 subscription rights in the Rights Issue. On 19 October 2022, he disposed of 312,412 subscription rights in Seaway7 at an average price of NOK 0.4896 per subscription right, and exercised 84,960 subscription rights to subscribe for 84,960 new shares in the Rights Issue.
