NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

An Extraordinary general meeting in Norwegian Block Exchange AS will be held on

Tuesday 8th of November 2022 at 14.00 o’clock in the company's offices at

Snarøyveien 36, Fornebu.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

- Increase the number of members of the board to be in line with the demands of the e-money license

- Approve the draw facility of LDA Capital of NOK 100 million

- Approve the directed convertible loan agreement

- Approve changes to the Articles of association in accordance with these elements.
