Ole Fredrik Skulstad has on 26th October 2022 acquired 10.000 shares in Biofish Holding AS at a price of NOK 7,08 through the company Hexatechr AS. Ole Fredrik Skulstad holds in addition privately 33.594 shares. Mr. Skulstad is the operational manager of BioFish AS, the operational company which is owned 100 percent of BioFish Holding AS.

Ole Fredrik Skulstad is the brother of Torbjørn Skulstad and he is part owner in Monaco Invest AS which controls a total number of shares of 3.227.410.
