(Oslo, October 28, 2022) The extraordinary general meeting of Elopak ASA (“Elopak” or “the Company”) will be held on November 23, at 12:00 (CET). The notice of the extraordinary general meeting is attached, and all relevant documents, including a summary of the new long-term incentive program, are available on the Company's website: https://www.elopak.com/annual-general-meeting/.

The extraordinary general meeting will be held electronically through Lumi. For virtual participation, please use this link: https://web.lumiagm.com/128000973. Reference and PIN codes to the meeting are available on VPS Investor Services (www.euronextvps.no), or on the advance voting and proxy form attached to the notice to the individual shareholder.

Shareholders may also vote in advance or submit a proxy within November 22, 2022 at 12:00 (CET), please refer to the proxy and advance voting form included with the notice for further information.
