Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q3 2022

Sandnes, Norway, 2 November 2022: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will

be traded ex dividend of NOK 1.225 per share for the third quarter of 2022, as

of today, 2 November.

With reference to the stock market announcement on 25 October, the Board of Vår

Energi ASA resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.225 per share, NOK 3 058

097 651 in total, equal to USD 290 million, relating to Q3 2022. The dividend

will be paid in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on the daily exchange

rate published by Norges Bank 24 October 2022 approximately at 1600hrs CEST.
