KAHOOT! ASA – Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 16 September 2022, regarding an agreement entered into by General Atlantic FT BV to purchase all of SB Northstar LP's, a fund managed by a 100% directly owned subsidiary of SoftBank Group Corp. ("SoftBank") shares in Kahoot! ASA (the "Company") to be completed in two tranches (the "Transaction"), whereby the first tranche purchase of 44,029,228 shares, representing 9.00% of the Company's share capital, was completed on 26 September 2022.

General Atlantic FT BV has today completed the second tranche purchase of 29,470,772 shares, representing 6.02% of the Company's share capital. Following completion of the Transaction, General Atlantic FT BV owns in total 73,500,000 shares and votes in the Company, representing 15.02% of the issued share capital and votes. The chain of controlled undertakings through which the shares and votes are effectively held is attached at Appendix A. The shares were purchased at a share price of NOK 18.00 in the Transaction.
