Disclosure of Voting Rights in Shares

M&G Plc controls voting rights in 29,283,245 shares of PGS, which estimates to a 4.30% holding, 15,000,000 shares out on loan (right of recall), which estimates to 2.20%, and therefore total interest in 44,283,245 shares, which estimates to a 6.51% holding as of 03rd November 2022 based on the total number of shares/voting rights of 680,299,714.

This notification is due to 12,400,000 shares going out on loan on 03rd November 2022, leading to our holding in normal shares moving below 5%. The table below shows the split between lent and normal shares.

All shares attributed to M&G Plc are managed by M&G Investment Management Limited.
