Reference is made to the notification earlier today, 8 November at 14:17 CET.

The timeline is deferred by one day due to notification requirements from the

Oslo Stock Exchange.

At the general meeting of BEWI ASA held on 2 June 2022, the board of directors

of BEWI ASA was authorised to resolve a dividend distribution of NOK 1.10 per

share for the financial year of 2021.

The following key dates for the dividend are resolved by the board of directors:

Dividend amount: 1.10

Declared currency: NOK

Last day including right: 9 November 2022

Ex-date: 10 November 2022

Record date: 11 November 2022

Payment date: On or about 18 November 2022

Date of approval: 8 November 2022
