Extraordinary General Meeting held in Havyard Group ASA

Fosnavåg, 14 November 2022: An Extraordinary General Meeting of Havyard ASA was held today, 14 November 2022. At this meeting, it was decided to change the name of the company to Eqva ASA.

All proposals on the agenda were adopted, cf. the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting published as a stock exchange notice on 24 October 2022.
