Veidekke ASA: To build school in Stockholm

Veidekke has been contracted to build a new school in Stockholm. The project is

a collaborative design and build contract valued at just over SEK 300 million.

Included in the contract is design, construction and completion of approx.

11,500 m[2] of new construction, including specialist rooms, and construction of

a schoolyard, roads etc. The project is scheduled for completion in late 2024.

The new school building will be certified in accordance with the environmental

building standard Miljöbyggnad Silver, which emphasises creating a healthy

indoor climate for users and using materials that facilitate low energy

consumption.

The contract is included in the order book for the current quarter.
