Pactum AS has on Monday 28 November 2022 sold all its 2,673,034 shares in NorAm Drilling AS, to Pactum AS’ 100% owned subsidiary Seabulk AS, at NOK 57.52 per share (the closing market price on Euronext Growth Oslo).

Fearnley Securities AS and Pareto Securities AS, NorAm Drilling AS’ managers in connection with its admission to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo on 7 October 2022, have released Pactum AS from its lock-up obligations in connection with the trade described above, on the grounds that Seabulk AS is a 100% owned subsidiary of Pactum AS and that Seabulk AS has assumed the exact same lock-up obligations as Pactum AS originally had towards the managers.
