MPC Container Ships: Resignation of Board Member and Board Observer

Oslo, Norway - MPC Container Ships ASA ("MPCC" or the "Company") has today

received letters of resignation from Board Member, Laura Carballo, and Board

Observer, Paul Gough, who will resign their respective positions, effective

immediately. The resignations follow the recent sale Star Spike Ltd.'s remaining

shares in MPCC, as announced on October 19, 2022.
