Aglen Holding AS, close associate of Pål Magnus Aglen, chairman of the board of directors of KMC Properties ASA and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR), has today, 30 November 2022 purchased for 50 000 shares at a price of NOK 6.77 per share in the private placement.
