As a result of a sale operation of 2,050,000 KID ASA (ISIN: NO0010743545) shares today, December 7, 2022 from an account owned and voted by Allianz I.A.R.D. S.A. to an account owned and voted by Allianz Retraite S.A., Allianz Retraite S.A. (1 Cours Michelet CS 30051 Paris-La-Defense, 92076 France), Allianz France S.A. (1 Cours Michelet CS 30051 Paris-La-Defense, 92076 France), Allianz Holding France SAS (1 Cours Michelet CS 30051 Paris-La-Defense, 92076 France) and Allianz SE (Königinstrasse 28, 80802 Munich Germany) hold 2,050,000 KID ASA shares which corresponds to 5.04% of the total number of shares issued.

As of today, the shares are owned by Allianz Retraite S.A.. Allianz Retraite S.A. is a direct subsidiary of Allianz Vie S.A.. Allianz Vie S.A. is a direct subsidiary of Allianz France S.A. which is a direct subsidiary of Allianz Holding France SAS. Allianz Holding France SAS is a direct subsidiary of Allianz SE. This notification is filed on behalf of Allianz SE, the ultimate parent company of all the previously mentioned entities (including also Allianz I.A.R.D. S.A.).
