Havila Kystruten AS: : Judgement from hearing in «High Court of Justice» in London today

Havila Kystruten has received a ruling from a hearing in the "High Court of

Justice" in London today relating to rights and securities that subsidiaries of

leasing company GTLK have attached to the two ships Havila Polaris and Havila

Pollux, which are being completed at the Tersan shipyard in Turkey.

The ruling is a significant clarification for the company and states that in

return for settlement of the debt, all collateral established in connection with

the construction financing and the planned leasing financing of completed ships

will be released. Settlement of debts to GTLK takes place by payment to frozen

accounts in accordance with the sanctioning regulations and as soon as the

refinancing is finalized.

The delivery of Havila Polaris has been postponed pending the hearing in London

and the court decision. The postponement may have consequences for the first

round-trip from Bergen on 29(th) of December 2022, and this will be clarified as

quickly as possible.
