KMC Properties ASA – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement by KMC Properties ASA (the "Company") on 2 December 2022 regarding the Company's board of directors resolving to increase the Company's share capital by NOK 350,000 by issuance of 1,750,000 new shares (the "Underwriting Commission Shares") to settle the underwriting commission. The shares were issued pursuant to an authorisation granted by the Company's ordinary general meeting on 1 June 2022.

The share capital increase pertaining to the Underwriting Commission Shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret), following the registration the Company's new share capital is NOK 64,778,729.80 divided into 323,893,649 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.20.
