Havila Kystruten AS: Norwegian Marine Interior AS appeals ruling to Frostating Lagmansrett

Reference is made to the stock exchange release of 17.11.22 where the company

commented on a ruling in the

District Court of Møre and Romsdal where the company was sentenced to pay NOK

3 124 249.10

as settlement for interior works performed by Norwegian Marine Interior AS on

board Havila Capella.

Norwegian Marine Interior AS has appealed the ruling and upholds the claim for

payment of NOK 6 165 314.00.

They refrain from demanding payment of EUR 903 083.46 that was a part of initial

demand.
