Havila Kystruten AS: Havila Kystruten AS (Havila) has today received judgment from High Court of Justice in London regarding the dispute with Barreras

Havila Kystruten AS (Havila) has today received judgment from High Court of

Justice in London regarding the dispute with Barreras (the yard)

and the guarantor surrounding the issues with regards to the shipbuilding

contracts for 2 coastal cruise vessels at the yard.

The rights and obligations relating to the terminated contract with Barreras

have previously been transferred to Havila Holding AS (Note 3 in the company's

Q3-report).

The judgment rules in favor of Havila with regards to the cancellation of the

shipbuilding contracts, and that Havila's claim against the guarantor for

repayment of installments paid should be honored.

The amount to be paid back, including interest, is stipulated to be approx. 450

MNOK.

The court also cleared Havila of any claims of damages raised by Barreras.

The judgment is not yet legally binding.
