Asker, 21 December 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Argeo AS (the "Company") (Euronext Growth: ARGEO) on 20 December 2022 relating to a contemplated subsequent offering of up to 7,575,758 new shares directed towards eligible shareholders (the "Subsequent Offering").
The shares in Argeo will be traded exclusive the right to participate in the Subsequent Offering (if resolved) as from today, 21 December 2022.
