Extended lease contract in Schweigaardsgate 15

Amedia has called an option to increase its lease contract in Schweigaardsgate 15 from 8,550 sqm to 10,330 sqm. The lease contract has a duration of eight years starting from Q2 2024.

Schweigaardsgate 15 is under redevelopment and will be finalized in Q2 2023/Q1 2024. The project is now 84 % pre let.
