From 19 December 2022 until 23 December 2022, StrongPoint ASA has purchased a

total of 23,500 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK

22.964 per share.

Following the completion of the above transactions, StrongPoint ASA owns a total

of 562,218 own shares, corresponding to 1.3% of StrongPoint ASA's share capital.
