Nordic Unmanned ASA has been notified that Knut Roar Wiig, with the role as CEO,

on 30 December 2022 sold 52,126 shares in Nordic Unmanned ASA at the price of

NOK 6.0200 per share to Skaulen AS, a company fully owned by Knut Roar Wiig.

Following the transaction, the total share exposure to Nordic Unmanned for Knut

Roar Wiig remains unchanged. After the transaction, Knut Roar Wiig indirectly

holds 1,922,536 shares and directly holds 310,000 share options in Nordic

Unmanned ASA.

Notification of the transaction are attached to this release.
