Signed lease contract with NRK for new media house in new-build project in Trondheim

Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 4 July 2022. Entra and the

Norwegian broadcasting corporation (NRK) have now signed the lease contract for

9,600 sqm in the planned newbuild project Holtermanns veg 1-13, Step 3 in

Trondheim. NRK Trøndelag will establish a new media house in the premises and

will also acquire 49 % of the rented section at project completion.

In Holtermanns veg 1-13 Entra is developing a new office park totaling around

48,000 sqm that is being developed over three steps. Step 1 (11,700 sqm) was

finalized in Q1 2020 and is fully let to two public tenants. Step 2 is under

construction and the 20,900 sqm office building will be completed in Q2 2023.

Step 3 is approximately 15,500 sqm and construction will start in Q1 2023 with

and estimated completion in 2025. This project is now approximately 60 % pre-let

to NRK on a 20 year lease contract.
