Norges Bank selects Zalaris to deliver payroll services in Norway

Zalaris ASA, the provider of payroll and HR solutions that simplify work life

and support creating sustainable businesses, today announced that it has signed

a five-year agreement to deliver payroll, travel & expense solutions and

services to Norges Bank (The Central Bank of Norway).

Norges Bank (https://www.norges-bank.no/) promote economic stability in Norway

and manages the bank's own foreign exchange reserves. In total the bank and the

Government Pension Fund Global has approximately 1,000 employees in Norway.

The new agreement with Zalaris includes the implementation of a new solution and

outsourcing services for payroll and travel expenses powered by Zalaris

PeopleHub (https://zalaris.com/hr-payroll-solutions/) integrated to Norges

Banks' existing SAP SuccessFactors global HR system.

As part of the public tender Norges Bank stated that their main objectives for

the partnership with their new supplier was:

· Full outsourcing of payroll and associated services for all employees

· Access to a modern and flexible solution for payroll with an integrated

solution for travel and expense claim handling

· Employee and organisational master data seamlessly integrated with existing

SuccessFactors HR solution

· Compliance with personal data protection and security requirements
