Hunter Group ASA - Key information relating to the cash dividends

The general meeting of Hunter Group ASA (the "Company") has today approved two

dividend payments for a combined distribution of NOK 2.31 per share.

NOK 0.51 per share ("Dividend 1") is classified as a repayment of the Company's

paid-in capital, and the share will trade ex-dividend on 20 January 2023.

NOK 1.80 per share ("Dividend 2") is classified as an ordinary dividend, and the

share will trade ex-dividend on 30 January 2023.
