Re-opening of floating rate green bond issue ENTRA63 ESG

Entra ASA has re-opened the floating rate green bond issue ENTRA63 ESG (ISIN

NO0011079808, maturity 20.11.2030) with NOK 400,000,000 at an issue price of

90.97%, equivalent to an issue-spread of 3mn NIBOR + 1.95% p.a.

The total amount outstanding after this transaction is NOK 2,215,000,000.

The transaction is arranged by DNB Markets.
