SpareBank 1 Gruppen – result 4th quarter and the final year end 2022

SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge has a indirect share of 5,85 % in SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS. SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge's majority share of SpareBank 1 Group's profit after tax in the 4th quarter was NOK 36 (52*) million. SpareBank 1 Sørøst-Norge's majority share of profit as of 31 December 2022 was NOK 50 (141) million.

SpareBank 1 Gruppen's consolidated profit before tax as of 31 December 2022 was NOK 1,399 (4,105) million. Profit after tax was NOK 1,137 (3,250) million. The majority's share of profit after tax in the 4th quarter and as of 31 December 2022 was respectively NOK 619 (888) and NOK 857 (2,415) million.

The result for SpareBank 1 Gruppen before and after tax in the 4th quarter was respectively NOK 804 (1,288) and NOK 693 (1,080) million. Fremtind, which is 65% owned by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS, had a profit before tax of NOK 288 (677) million in the 4th quarter. Fremtind's profit before tax as of 31 December 2022 was NOK 1,078 (3,085) million.
