Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Mintra Holding AS (the “Company”) published earlier today regarding cash dividend to be paid by the Company.

An extraordinary general meeting in the Company will be held on Monday 6 March 2023 at 11:00 Oslo time. The Board of Directors has resolved that the extraordinary general meeting will be arranged virtually, see further details on how to participate virtually in the attached notice documentation.
