Argeo: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Asker, 9 February 2023: The board of directors (the "Board") of Argeo AS (the "Company" or "Argeo") (Euronext Growth: ARGEO) hereby calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 17 February 2023 at 09:00 CET in order to resolve the appointment of a new board member. The extraordinary general meeting of Argeo will be held at the Company's premises at Nye Vakåsvei 14, 1395 Hvalstad, Norge.

The notice for the extraordinary general meeting, including the Board's proposed resolutions, the notice of attendance and proxy forms, are attached to this notice and will be made available on the Company's website: www.argeo.no

Shareholders are encouraged to attend the meeting by granting a proxy to the CEO within 16 February 2023 at 12:00 CET. Further details are found in the attached notice.
