Signed lease contracts for a total of 11,080 sqm in Trondheim

Entra has signed new lease contracts for 5,540 sqm in Holtermanns veg 1-13 (Step

2), 2,450 sqm in Prinsens gate 1 and 2,440 sqm in Kongens gate 87, all in

Trondheim. These lease contracts have duration of three years, starting from Q4

2023. Entra has also signed a new lease contract for 650 sqm in Brattørkaia 13

in Trondheim. This lease contract has a duration of five years, starting from Q3

The development projects in Holtermannsveg 1-13 (Step 2) is now 61 % pre-let,

Kongens gate 87 is now 86 % pre-let and Brattørkaia 13 is now 97% pre-let.
