Sandnes, Norway, 16 February 2023: The Board of Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) has resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.226 per share, NOK 3 060 594 058 in total, equal to USD 300 million relating to Q4 2022.
