Sparebanken Møre refer to the announcement on 15 February 2023, and has in conjunction with the new issuance, bought back NOK 365.5 million of ISIN NO0010809304 (MORG45) at cash price 100.476 with settlement date 22 February 2023. Oustanding volume after buy back amount to NOK 134.5 million.
Nordea and SpareBank 1 Markets acted as Joint Lead Managers.
