The Board of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA determined the Annual Accounts and

the Integrated Annual Report for 2022 in a board meeting today. The Annual

Accounts were determined without changes to the preliminary Annual Accounts

published on 25 January 2023.

The Integrated Annual Report for 2022 is attached to this announcement and is

also published on www.gjensidige.no/reporting.
