An Extraordinary General Meeting of BioFish Holding AS was held at 10:00 hours (CET) today, 17 February 2023 by electronic means through Lumi.

All items on the agenda were resolved in accordance with the Board of Directors' proposals as set out in the calling notice attached to the stock exchange announcement published on 10 February 2023.

About Biofish:

Biofish is a land-based producer of smolt – juvenile fish destined for aquaculture facilities. The company’s production takes place in its production facilitiy in Kvam on the Norwegian west coast, using a Recirulating Aquaculture System (RAS), which recycles at least 99% of the water used. Biofish deliver smolt to salmon farms along the Norwegian coast.
