NOT FOR RELEASE, PUBLICATION OR DISTRIBUTION, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN OR INTO AUSTRALIA, CANADA, HONG KONG, JAPAN OR THE UNITED STATES OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE RELEASE, PUBLICATION OR DISTRIBUTION WOULD BE UNLAWFUL. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN OFFER OF ANY OF THE SECURITIES DESCRIBED HEREIN.

BIOFISH HOLDING AS: Successful fish delivery of Atlantic Salmon biomass with new transfer system

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 17 February 2023 regarding a new contract for delivery of approximately 80 tons of Atlantic Salmon biomass during Q1 2023.

BioFish has today successfully transferred the batch from one of the company's main production tanks to a well-boat through a brand-new loading transfer system.

BioFish has invested in a new loading-transfer system with an aim to improve efficiency and fish welfare. Today was the first operation of the new system and the delivery to the well-boat was completed in approximately two hours and without any technical or biological issues.

The significant reduction in transfer time will not only reduce the costs of well-boat operations but will also improve the fish welfare in the transfer process.

The next fish delivery from BioFish is scheduled for approximately mid-March 2023.
