The Capital Group Companies, Inc. ("CGC") is the parent company of Capital Research and Management Company ("CRMC") and Capital Bank & Trust Company ("CB&T"). CRMC is a U.S.-based investment management company that serves as investment manager to the American Funds family of mutual funds and institutional clients. CRMC and its investment manager affiliates manage equity assets for various investment companies through three divisions, Capital Research Global Investors, Capital International Investors and Capital World Investors. CRMC is the parent company of Capital Group International, Inc. ("CGII"), which in turn is the parent company of six investment management companies ("CGII management companies"): Capital International, Inc., Capital International Limited, Capital International Sàrl, Capital International K.K., Capital Group Private Client Services, Inc., and Capital Group Investment Management Private Limited. CGII management companies and CB&T primarily serve as investment managers to institutional clients. CB&T is a U.S.-based investment management company that is a registered investment adviser and an affiliated federally chartered bank.

Neither CGC nor any of its affiliates own shares of the Company for its own account. Rather, the shares reported on this Notification are owned by accounts under the discretionary investment management of one or more of the investment management companies described above.

Pursuant to Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and the Securities Trading Act Regulations, we hereby disclose the following information.

On 21 February 2023, one or more of CGC's management companies disposed of 393,079 shares of the Company. Additionally, on 21 February 2023, one of CGC's management companies, CRMC, had lent 24,236,120 shares of the Company, altogether resulting in a shareholding amounting to 7.311% of total voting rights and 7.311% of total share capital, with 3.477% being actually held, and 3.835% being lent shares. Please see the enclosed Schedule A for transaction details and Schedule B for the number of shares in the Company held by each management company in respect of which this notification relates.

For the purpose of this Report, the total voting rights figure of 632,022,210 votes and the total share capital figure of 632,022,210 shares were used to calculate the percentages. We believe these figures are correct; however, if these numbers are not accurate, please contact us as soon as possible so we may make the necessary revisions.
