Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q4 2022

Sandnes, Norway, 24 February 2023: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will

be traded ex dividend of NOK 1.226 per share for the fourth quarter of 2022, as

of today, 24 February.

With reference to the stock market announcement on 16 February, the Board of Vår

Energi ASA resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.226 per share,

NOK 3 060 594 058 in total, equal to USD 300 million, relating to Q4 2022. The

dividend will be paid in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on the daily

exchange rate published by Norges Bank 15 February 2023 approximately at 1600hrs

CET.
