Nordic Mining secures long lead technology packages for Engebø Rutile and Garnet

Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic Mining" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that

the Company through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nordic Rutile AS, has entered

into agreements for long lead mechanical packages for the Engebø Rutile and

Garnet Project (the "Engebø Project"). Fabrication of the packages will commence

after completion of the project financing for the Engebø Project. The agreements

are made with leading global suppliers of sustainable solutions for the mineral

industry.

The contracts for long lead packages for the process plant that has been

completed ensures access to technical documentation needed for completion of the

detailed engineering of the process plant at Engebø. We are pleased to observe

that current estimates for delivery time and costs are in line with our

expectations, says Project Director for the Engebø Project, Terje Gundersen.

This is an important and risk reducing milestone for the Engebø Project, and we

are pleased to cooperate with leading suppliers on the process technology

Nordic Mining has recently commenced concrete work for the first buildings at

the process plant. Nordic Mining is developing a long-term minerals industry

expected to come in production in the second half of 2024.
