Nordic Unmanned - New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement by Nordic Unmanned ASA (the "Company") (OSE: NUMND) on 15 February 2023 regarding the final results of the subsequent offering of 1,614,238 new shares (the "Subsequent Offering Shares") in the Company.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Subsequent Offering Shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 44,078,083, divided on 44,078,083 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
