purchased shares in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA ("Company"):

· Nicolai Nordstrand, Board Member of the Company, acquired 13,736 shares in the

Company at an average price of NOK 10.99 and will, following the transaction

hold 45 000 shares in the Company.
