The Annual General Meeting of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA will be held Thursday 23

March 2023 at 17:00 (CET). There is possibility of either digital or physical

attendance, the latter at Gjensidige Forsikring ASA's head office, Schweigaards

gate 21, 0191 Oslo.

The notice including agenda for the General Meeting and selected appendices are

attached to this disclosure. The notice will be sent to shareholders on 28

February 2023.
