KCC: Disclosure of large shareholding and transaction by closely associated party of a primary insider

Oslo, 1 March 2023: EGD Shipping Invest AS has today completed a sale of 3,000,000 shares in Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA ("KCC"). Following the sale, EGD Shipping Invest AS owns 5,805,128 shares in KCC, reducing its holding from approx. 16.81% to approx. 11.08% of the total votes and shares outstanding.

The parent company of EGD Shipping Invest AS, EGD Shipholding AS, holds 55,691 warrants, each with a right to subscribe for one share in KCC, corresponding to 0.11% of the current total number of votes and shares outstanding in KCC, not taking into account the dilutive effect of the warrants.

The consolidated ownership of shares and warrants of EGD Shipholding AS and EGD Shipping Invest AS after the sale is consequently 5,805,128 shares and 55,691 warrants, which together corresponds to 11.19% of the current total votes and number of the shares outstanding in KCC, not taking into account the dilutive effect of the warrants.

EGD Shipping Invest AS is classified as closely associated party to a primary insider in KCC and further information on the sale is provided in the attached form of notification.
