Capital increase Wavetrain Systems AS
Wavetrain Systems AS (Wavetrain), a subsidiary of NTG, invites Wavetrain shareholders to a planned equity capital increase with preference shares for about NOK 40 million, including convertion of loan from NTG of about NOK 20 million. For a period of 12 months, all offered shares have the right to convert to a corresponding number of NTG shares (ratio 1:1).
