Capital increase Hammertech AS
Hammertech AS (Hammertech), a subsidiary of NTG, invites Hammertech shareholders and convertible loan holders to a planned equity capital increase with preference shares for about NOK 42 million, including conversion of loan from NTG of about NOK 8 million. For a period of 12 months, all offered shares have the right to convert to a corresponding number of NTG shares (ratio 1:100).
