Chief Financial Officer has decided to resign

Gyrid Skalleberg Ingerø has notified that she will resign from her position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President in Kongsberg Gruppen ASA. Skalleberg Ingerø will continue in her position until KONGSBERG has found her successor.
