Vår Energi ASA to hold fixed income investor meetings

Sandnes, Norway, 8 March 2023: Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) today announce that a

series of fixed income investor calls will be arranged. An inaugural Euro

Benchmark sized RegS senior unsecured bond offering with a 6-year maturity

issued off Vår Energi ASA's EUR 3,000,000,000 EMTN Programme may follow, subject

to market conditions.

The net proceeds will be used for refinancing of existing indebtedness and

general corporate purposes.
