Sandnes, Norway, 10 March 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange release by Desert Control AS ("Desert Control" or the "Company") published on 1 March 2023. The issuance of 227,110 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. After the transaction, Desert Control's share capital is NOK 123,980.367 divided into 41,326,789 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 0.003 and carrying one vote in the Company’s general meeting.
