Arterra AS, a company owned by Nordic Unmanned CEO Arne Roland, has today purchased 42 500 shares of Nordic Unmanned ASA at a price of NOK 5 per share. Following this transaction, Arterra AS holds 44 035 shares of Nordic Unmanned ASA.
The board of directors of Nordic Unmanned ASA (OSE ticker code "NUMND") has resolved to grant a 200 000 share option to Arne Roland under the Company's option program. Each share option gives the right to subscribe for one share in the Company. The expiry date for all the share options is 31 May 2024.
