On 15.03.2023, Equinor ASA ("Equinor") acquired 5,000,000 shares in Scatec ASA.
After the acquisition, Equinor holds 25,776,200 shares in Scatec ASA, corresponding to 16.22 percent of the shares and votes.
Equinor does not hold any rights to shares in Scatec ASA.
